Website Privacy Notice

This notice explains the limited information Silvauren Software LLC collects when you visit silvauren.com. It does not cover the separate Roster mobile app, which has its own privacy policy.

Information you choose to provide

If you email us, we receive the address, message, and other information you choose to include. We use it to respond and maintain ordinary business records.

Cookieless website measurement

We operate a small analytics service on Cloudflare Workers to understand whether the site is useful and how people find it. It records:

• the public page path, without query strings;
• the referring website's hostname and limited UTM campaign labels;
• approximate city, region, and country supplied by Cloudflare;
• broad mobile or desktop classification;
• scroll milestones, active time, and clicks on navigation, email, and product links; and
• a fresh random page-session identifier that groups events from one page load.

The page-session identifier is generated in memory, sent with those events, and retained with them, but it is never saved in cookies or browser storage and cannot follow you to another page. Our analytics records do not contain your IP address, raw user agent, exact screen size, name, email address, or message contents. Cloudflare necessarily processes network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the request, but we do not write that information to our analytics store.

Analytics records automatically expire after 90 days. They are not sold, shared for cross-context behavioral advertising, or combined with Roster accounts. Collection is disabled when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

Why we process this information

We use this limited information for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the website and understanding general interest in our products.

Your choices and rights

You can enable Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in a supported browser to disable the analytics beacon. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
